BECo

BECo stands for Better Considered.

Because everything the feel-good, socially enterprising soap does is, well... better. Better for the environment. Better for those who buy it. And, most importantly, better for those who make it — providing real jobs for real people living with disabilities.

I guess all that was missing was a better brand. So, starting from scratch, I helped define a strategy, a name and a verbal identity that felt real but reflected the optimism of the brand. Bringing a splash of colour to shelves, and putting change in people's hands. Quite literally.

More reason to get your hands dirty

Imagine changing a life from the comfort of your sink. Making someone's day, month, year better by simply scrubbing under your nails, getting the kids ready for dinner or washing away those hungover panda eyes. You wouldn't think twice...

How Beco works

It’s why at BECo, we’re determined to make things that easy. Offering a new choice that’s high-quality, but affordable. That’s clean, but not too clean cut. That, above all else, does good.

Our mission

At BECo, we put change in your hands — literally. Every bottle provides real jobs for real people in the UK who are visually impaired, disabled or disadvantaged. It's a whole lot better:

Better for the people who make them
Like Abhi in bottling, Thi Vo in labeling and Deniz in customer services.

Better for the people who buy them
Rest easy, it contains no nasties, is totally vegan, hypoallergenic and never tested on animals.

Better for the environment
Foaming hand wash doesn't need to lather, saving 88l of water per bottle. And that saves a lot of plastic, too.

Meet Ozzie

The biggest laugh in the factory, Ozzie doesn’t just head up our soap department, but runs our weekly raffle, with all proceeds going towards staff socials. His prized possession is a football signed by Harry Kane — which he’s sure could pay for a lot more staff nights out after the World Cup.
