After a century commanding its fleet of luxurious ships, come high noon or nightfall, Cunard knows how to treat its guests right.
It's why one menu for its infamous Chart Room was never going to suffice. And why instead, I wrote two. One for the day's offering, influenced by the global ports these splendid ships weigh anchor, and one for the evening, inspired by the navigational stars that act as a guide across sundown seas. Naming and tone of voice development both played a part in this cocktail of pure decadence.

For near on two centuries, we have looked to the stars to navigate sundown seas. Come dark, they shepherded our vessels through inky waters, lighting the way for a million voyages.
